Unused items may be returned under the rules below.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packing with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
Email info@worldofhandicrafts.com for a return authorization before you ship anything. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong piece. Use a tracked service.
Final-sale items marked on the product page; customized work; opened textiles that cannot be resold hygienically; glass that was used or installed; items damaged by the buyer.
Exchanges are a return plus a new order, subject to stock. Cancel an unshipped order by email. Damaged-on-arrival, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours with photos.
Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Outbound shipping was free, so it is not deducted. No restocking fee on standard returns that meet condition rules.
