World of Handicrafts ships handmade home goods from Hanover, Maryland, to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship internationally and we do not collect import duties.
Orders are packed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding U.S. federal holidays. If an item is delayed, we email info@worldofhandicrafts.com with a revised date before the parcel is handed to a carrier.
Once scanned, most U.S. parcels arrive in 3–7 business days. Rural addresses and peak seasons can add time. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping is free on all U.S. orders in the current catalog. No expedited, freight, curbside, or appointment options are offered unless a future product page states otherwise.
A tracking link is emailed when the carrier accepts the package. Address changes after label creation may not be possible. Contact us if a parcel shows no movement for five business days after the first scan.
Photograph damaged boxes before opening and email info@worldofhandicrafts.com within 48 hours of delivery. Refused deliveries return to us. Undeliverable parcels are refunded minus any carrier return cost once we receive them.
Signature is not required on standard parcels. Merchandise on this storefront is offered tax-free; we do not add sales tax at checkout.
